Dr. Dalia S. Nagel graduated from Barnard College, Columbia University, summa cum laude, and received her medical degree from Harvard Medical School.

After completing her training in ophthalmology at The Mount Sinai Hospital, New York City, Dr. Nagel was appointed Clinical Instructor, where she is active in teaching residents and students. Dr. Nagel has authored numerous scientific publications and has presented her work at national meetings. As a recipient of the Doris Duke Clinical Research Fellowship, Dr. Nagel's publication in glaucoma won the prestigious Lewis Rudin Glaucoma Award presented by the New York Academy of Medicine.

Dr. Nagel is a comprehensive ophthalmologist with special interests in cataract and refractive surgery, glaucoma, medical retina , uveitis and pediatric ophthalmology.
